time for ballot

i would say the time has come to ballot members. while dave and billy are chatting away trying to put things right their way its us in the front line who are taking all the s**t on a daily basis i.e. intimidation harrasment ect ect. respect for employees what a joke, pressure to complete walks that are to big when everyone knows they cannot be completed in the time allowed . doing sorting daily that is not included in duty builder, people still coming in early to be able to complete , taking no breaks, the use of trolleys is a no no as walks are impossible to complete with trolleys. we need to ballot asap before the lid blows off and all hell is let loose after 18/24 months revision the duty builders in some offices have been taken down from sections of offices and i myself was told to ignore it that being the case why put them up in the first place ???????????

the big problem is support will not be strong for a national strike after the national strikes of 2007 & 2009 when Dave Ward, Billy Hayes and Pec shafted the membership from a position of strength on both occasions to appease their labour masters because they didn't want to upset the labour goverment's chances of winning the election ... I am normally quite militant but I neither trust Dave Ward, Billy Hayes and the Pec to have our best interests at heart when they are only interested in their own wee agendas to serve Labour instead of the people who pay their wages to look after them
