sorry if this has been asked before,if there is a office repick are all jobs put in the pot,because a few in our place have been told that if they are happy with there jobs then they will be left out of repick :shock: .thanks in advance

Only reason if your duty remains unchanged but if you are having a revision then all duties go into the pick appart from specialised ones ie phg

them few the ones who think there untouchable up the dims arse all duties in a pot as mentioned by sheppo dont take no crap off a few dicks in ye office :Very Happy

That's not right ,if you look at Resourcing Jobs as a Result Of Major Change,it gives under change criteria reasons why a duty would go into a re-sign if none of the changes apply to a duty then it does not go into a re-sign unless the duty holder want's it to.

roger its different in delivery mate a full office revision everything gets looked at av had my revision in two years now and yes it is workin. been in job over 20 years i lost my walk after 15 years coz of a full repick ie sat in canteen with dim rep went from senior man down.ok i didnt get a crap duty out ov it but i was sick coz ov losing my dutie to someone else.as i said ourz is workin but this repick s**t is f@@@ everyone up.and am not one ov these posties who use seniority as a rubber stamp :Very Happy :Very Happy
