RM should have 1 manager in each office to deal with paperwork, etc and make all the rest of them Team Leaders

It could be that they are being asked to apply for their own jobs.

When there's a strike the managers are drafted in to cover the walks,that is what I meant and it was a joke,even though there is more reason now to strike than there was before IMHO.
