Notice of changing your duty
If u are full time relief (vacant duty cover till New Year) but been on a round for at least 3 months, can a DOM just take you off it and put you on another round next day by telling you at the end of your shift the day before please?

I am not sure about cover duties, but the Flexibility Agreement states that. 'This is not about not knowing what you are doing from one day to the next'. I believe that they should be giving 2 weeks notice.

Sounds like she's a reserve so yes,they can chop and change them willy nilly.
