ihr with lump sum

Hi, iv been given ihr with lump sum ,could anyone tell me how long after final day of service it is until you get your lump sum payment.thankyou

Normally if you have any outstanding holiday that will be paid on a normal week to week basis then 1 week after that you should get your Lump sum :wave :wave

My last day of service was Friday 28th Sept this year and I got all that was owed me the following thursday.
