On a Sunday your better off on overtime rate as you don't get paid breaks on SA rate - I think?

We used to have the choice. If you worked your day off during the pressure you could either have 8 hours o/t or 7h 20 SA.
It would then depend what other o/t you did as to how you wanted that recorded.
For a full timer anything over 10 hours regular overtime was paid at a reduced rate so we used to be able to have a mix of regular and SA to maximise earnings.

Sunday is the only day where SA still carries a meal relief allowance as well.

We get days off as SA, paid for the whole shift includng breaks. Any pre listed OT such as extra IPS or collections and UTR work is also SA. Pressure OT such as extended delivery or packets is normal OT rate and anyone mental enough to take out part of a walk on OT would get normal OT rate. However that is highly negotiable given that understandably hardly anyone wants to do it.
