Apparently I don't have 'psp' number for their new payroll system so they haven't issue my lump sum payment!
Has anyone else or know of anyone else thats had a similar excuse or am I the only one?

If by PSP number they mean your payroll number,then how have they been paying your wages if you are not on the system?

I did have a pay number but when enployment finished in January , everyone was issued a new pay number during the year , is that right?
