Is anyone aware of the clear choice procedure.

my question- Is there a certain time frame in which a 1st appeals interview should take place after a job offer has been rejected by the employee?

I rejected the job offer 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for an interview!!!!

Surely I should have been seen by now!?
