office revision

we are having a delivery methods revision which is far from ready so they are trying to introduce part implementation of it which includes the hct rounds and some shared van rounds on the 19th nov, we have not agreed to this as it will have an impact on the whole office with christmas pressure only a few weeks away. we were told that no revisions should be deployed after october but they seem hell bent on pushing this through.is there an agreed cut off time of any revision being brought in before christmas? .thanks

Anyone willing to implement a new revision after the 31st october is quite frankly thick. You just have to read on here the huge learning curves some offices have and to start something like that 7 weeks before christmas is asking for trouble. But there again most planners dont give a s**t as they piss off the day it all starts and are never to be seen again.

Personally I'd let them implement it but everyone should refuse to do overtime. I'm sure the manager will be then contemplating suicide(other thread).

Fantastic this is exactly what you want the office will be chaos and the gaffer will be begging for you all to do overtime and the workers will have him on the back foot for months until he makes the Dutys smaller trust me this is great time to have a revision.we have been in our new Dutys for seven months and only now are the making Dutys smaller and quitting the bullying because Xmas is coming hahaha stick your overtime gaffer I'm making this my easiest pressure ever.
