If you have to extend due to D2D should you get paid for the extension? Bear in mind you are paid for delivering them!!!

D2d are part of the workload so you're paid to deliver them only in as much as you're paid to deliver letters and packets etc.
If you go over your time I'm sure you can argue that it was the quantity of ALL items that prolonged your delivery if needs be.

Yeah my dumbness then saying that the prep time made me extend and the DOM not paying me for that time. Any arguments to this?

Why would you not get paid fo that? Preping D2D is part of your workload the same as addressed mail

I must mention this to the two part time guys in our office who are under the illusion that they only have to deliver d2ds when it suits them.No talking to them.
