cutting off question

If my duty finishes at 13.00. What time should i aim to get back to the office. Am i right in thinking you get 10 minutes back at the office to sort things out before your duty finishes?

Aim to get back at 12:50 ish.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
