Can a grievence proceed whilst one is off work sick?
I've been told that the mangement won't deal with my grievence until I return to work. Is this right?
Any help would be apreciated

Can a grievence proceed whilst one is off work sick?

Depends on what is left to do , if he needs to interview you then perhaps not. Although I can't see why he couldn't interview you at your home. Perhaps he's opting for an easy life at the moment.

Grievances dont proceed in Royal Mail unless you kick up endless sh.t and then you might get something done. Usually a year.
