Amount on leave in a week

Anyone know how they work out how many you can have on leave in a particular week??

Amount of peeps x 6 (max weeks each could get) / 50 weeks,or 52 minus your xmas pressure weeks...

i suppose it will depend on the size of the office and the time of year

Dingo posted it a while back,never seen anything in writing though.
For argument sake,say your office using that formula gives you 8 off per week,and your screw says only 6 can be off,giving a bit cause not everyone will have the full allocation of 6 weeks,you could argue you're being done over.
