Can anyone tell me if an office can put in a complaint against there manager?? If they can how do we go about it??

If the office is 'CWU' then the obvious approach would be to contact your Area Rep. They, in turn, can raise the issue with their counterpart at RM. Alternatively, one member can raise the issue as an 'Individual Grievance' supported by and on behalf of the office as a whole.

Personally, I would opt for the first option - see if the issue(s) can be resolved without resorting to more formal processes.

Thanks for the reply. If I put a grieavance in does the area manager deal with that as they are worse or can you request it be dealt with outside the area?
