Dont think there is a specific one for HCT's its a set figure in georoute that gives 25 attendance calls per 500 calls and you will have to have had a packet sample for a week pre park and loop to determine whether delivery requires more time than you get from georoute. If it does then planner will add it in as MIRA (manual intervention) but most dont bother so you end up with a wrong time for your duty span due to not having enough time to deliver all your packets. Then you have an argument every day with the manager who says that georoute says you can do it in 4 hours 30 mins when you really know it takes 5 hours 15 mins.

A. Yes they are as follows
• 17 per 500 Delivery Points for walking and cycle (4 ofthe 17 deemed unsuccessful)
• 18 per 500 Delivery Points for HCT (4 deemed unsuccessful)
• 20 per 500 Delivery Points for Van / Shared van (5 deemed unsuccessful)
