Hi All,
Looking for advice, i have been suspended from work for over 7 months now and have been seeking legal advice (Which Costs a fortune) my Lawyer submitted a grievance to the regional HR Director with 7 different issues as part of it, however the HR Director is refusing me to have a grievance, my lawyer has now submittted it 3 times and each time been told that they will not deal with it.
Is there anything i can do in relation to this? Anyone else i can go to? My understanding is that it is an individual grievance procedure and should be looked into.
Any advice on this issue would be gratefully appreciated

I'm sure lawyers cannot get involved till all internal procedures are exhausted.
Also you can put a grievance in yourself.
If they don't follow their own procedures over this the more it helps you.

If it's taken 7 months and they haven't finished their investigation into "mail irregularities" then they are biding their time hoping you'll quit - but don't, because their case must be as flimsy as rice paper.zeltihon2 wrote:Mail irregularities & yes i am still on full pay
