Hi, just a bit of advice neede. Our DIM stated this morning that, without prior notice, he will starting changing our "fixed" days off, if and when required.We work 5 over 6 days shift pattern. Can he really do this, our rep doesnt know/care ..thanks in advance.

As long as they have given the legal minimum notice they do not need to honour anything if they really want to be arsey about it

Tell him bollox,you know what your days of are and you have plans for those days.
For instance,i do stuff on my day off,i know when they are and plan around them.
Like i said,tell him bollox and flag it up to area.
