Wether you are the subject or the applicant make sure you get a rep or colleague to attend the meeting with you.

see your rep and see what he says, he can tell them not enough time given and rearrange the meeting

If a grievace has been resolved at stage 1 and then the grievence reoccurs later can you just put in a stage 2 (the terms have not been kept to) or do you have to go through the whole process again?
