right i do 3 days a week job share thurs fri sat then mon tues weds
last week went in monday start at 6.30 but had to go home daughter not well at 9.30 then had tues off (phoned in at 6am )then about 11am rang in to say i would be back weds morning (dim came knocking at my door tues but did not answer left a note saying it would be unpaid ) then got my wage slip and no pay i expected no pay for the time i missed.(so i worked 1 day an 3 hours )
first day back in this week dim never spoke to me got home and no pay again(will be in all week ) this week was expecting last weeks and this week .
going to give him both barrells in the morning but could do with some ammunition so i can blow him away
anyone know were i stand i know its a bit long winded

If you have not already done so I would ask him to query with wages why you have not been paid for the 1day and 3 hours that you worked last week. That way you are not being confrontational. Wait for his response. If he is unwilling to help or states that he has put a stop on your wages, then tell him that if he does not get this sorted immediately you will issue a 14 day notice for employment tribunal and also submit a claim to the Small Claims Court for illegal withdrawal of pay for time worked. You will also be notifying the Chief Executive of your intentions.

I was under the impression that you were allowed ONE paid emergency a year. Special Leave (Paid) seems to only be paid if someone you know in your immediate family is dead.

I really do not know why they do not rename it, rarely is time off for emergency's paid for anything else.
