stage 1 warning due but no return to work interview
i have not had a return to work interview the last time i was off for 2 days about 3 weeks ago , now this has triggered a stage 1 . can this be thrown out for the line manager not following procedure ?

They go on their breaks from 9:25 til 1pm then they've got to go home , how have they got time for form filling? 
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

I also seem to recall that a quick "Are you feeling better" while your at the frame counts as back to work interview, but I am less certain on this.
