APPEAL FOR CHLOE WILSON - FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
Please find attached a leaflet giving details of the Fundraising Appeal for Chloe. Chloe is the grand-daughter of one of our Unit Reps in Edinburgh.
Chloe was born in February 2011 with a rare condition called Septo Optic Dysplasia which affects her hormone levels and the optics in your eyes for which she needs to take medication daily to regulate her hormones. The Stem Cell treatment which is available in China will improve her sight and give Chloe a better quality of life.
As you will see from the attached leaflet, the hope is to raise £15,000 to fund the cost of treatment in China for this extremely rare condition. Chloe has been accepted for the operation but funds are needed.
Branches are urged to consider making a donation to this very worthy cause.
