I'm taking it you went through this without union help,otherwise why did they not advise you to put in an ET1 form?

does anyone know that if a stage 1,2 and now 3 grievance which has been dragged out by management and has lasted longer than the 3 months from the original raising of that grievance,does that then mean a person cannot go to an employment tribunal over it?
Or can you argue that the internal investigation has not been concluded and therefore do not need to apply to et.I know that you cannot go to et before 28 days has elapsed

but you have to get the ET1 in before 3 months less a day, its very very very rare that you can after the 3 months less a day time limit.
you can apply to an ET the day you are sacked nothing to do with waiting 28 days
