Whats the score with a postie on part time hours who wants to go to full time hours but keeps getting a knock back.
The person in question has been in the job for 13 years and only works 24 hours a week,but would love to work 39.
I may be wrong but thought after a period of time(2 or 4 years ) Royal Mail had to offer you a full time job.
