We are just beginning a revision for Park and Loop and before hardly anything has started our DOM has put a menu of shift pattern options on the board and has told people that each and everyone of them can have whatever they choose, but is this right?
There's about 75 members in the office and I cannot believe everybody can have different shift patterns, but I may be wrong.

not an answer for you,,,but would also like to know,,,,,weve just started on the path to a revision later this year,,,,,,,and funnily enough we had to choose shift patterns this morning,,,seems a bit early in the revision when they wont tell us how many staff and dities will be required
