These drop for undulating areas and also steep areas.

Anyone know if these are used still today?

For anyone who thinks 6.44kph is easy, put it on a treadmill and then walk on that for a while.

That's the 4 mph that Royal Mail then denied it was using. If I remember correctly, they came up with a number of excuses, especially after the ex-Royal Marine tried doing it on Watchdog (or something), but as we all know, they just carried on regardless.

I remember watching the programme and the marine and heard him say afterwards: I would not like to be doing that every day enough said
