if you disagree with an atos assessment how do you go about making a complaint or appealing

dont know if you can. But a doctors note saying what you can and not do is better anyway and you should send that to your area health and safety rep. :Very Happy

i have one of those they ignored it and made me have the atos assessment

I had one of those today as I have autism.

It seems to me they hear what they want to hear and then the person was saying it was a two way thing with the managers so in other words they are not impartial and are not going to hear all you say, is that a fair assessment?

if it ever goes to a tribunal they are on very dodgy ground ignoring a doctors oppinion.
