ESOS = Employees share of savings

Its a pot of money built up from various savings projects over years.

Basically means we fund our own pay deal :sad:

Employee Share Of Savings the 60-40 crap that we make all the savings and RM take most of the money

ok thanks for that just seen it on cwu e mail and wondered what it was
there is no mention of phanton shares on cwu e mail so perhaps they have been scrapped
