Our office is due to have a resign soon but the majority dont want it,as they have been doing the same duties now after a year since one should of been implemented.So you have to have one?

Keith just take the cap lock off and type in lower case, you seem to be able to switch between both, Capitals are harder to read.

Keith if your using internet explorer, go to the view menu at the top select tools bars and then make sure status bar is on, then go down to the bottom right of the screen you will see a 100% with a little triangle next to it, click on that it will enlarge the screen that way you can type in lowercase and stop offending people, just because you dont think you are offending anyone doesnt make it true and when you switch between lower and uppercase thats nothing to do with your glaucoma then that is you shouting and thats whats offensive to some people

I believe keith's condition is covered by the equality act and as such switching between caps and lower case is the "reasonable adjustment" the site makes for him.
A moderator could edit all his posts but they choose not to.

in a word yes if 31% of the office has changed or your times have moved by 30 minutes this would trigger a re-sign.
but the real question is why would you not want a re-sign? is it because you are on a easy duty and you think you wont keep it.

No.
If a repick is triggered it should be implemented.
You could be dealing with people's earning potential,reserves having the chance of a fixed walk and proper day off rotation and the chance for part-timers to progress to full-time.
That should not be blocked by people who are afraid of change.
The Way Forward talks of a repick being triggered by major change,it doesn't talk about triggering a vote to decide whether a repick is triggered.

also if you don't have one you might never have one.so lets say they come back to make more savings out of your office and 10 duties go they would all be spare and no resign ever what if you are one that is made spare

If your duty is not in the revision then the answer is no, look to the WayForward Agreement, 16.4 Employees who jobs remain unaffected by the major change will retain them !!!!
