i`ve recently went back to work after a month on sick , i know i triggered a stage one but it hasn`t been given yet but after going back to work for 5 days i`m now on sick again for the same reason , i know if they had given me a stage one on return to work that by going on sick again i would of triggered a stage two .
question is will i get a stage two or will i get a stage one as they have`nt issued me a stage yet ?

Yes,you 'should' just get a stage 1 when you come back as they have not already given it to you.

no stage one interview yet , all i had was a informal chat with DOM the day before i went bact to work , not return to work or talk about rehab ect , the DOM was all nice as pie until i when back to work then once i went back he couldn`t give a toss .

Even if the stage 1 had been issued, as the absence has been triggered by a recurrence of the same issue, it would be inappropriate to issue a stage 2 on the back of it.
But as they hadn't issued the stage 1, it don't matter.

if you have been off for a month then it must have been a serious reason
prior to comming back was an ATOS referal done and recomendations to ease you back into your duty
