where i work in the north of scotland,we deliver the parcels and not parcelforce.we have have heard other offices that do this dont deliver parcels on a saturday.is parcels under the uso.

Royal Mail Standard Parcels are covered by the USO. Parcelforce parcels are not. They are a courier, not a postal service.
