RESERVED RIGHTS DRIVING ALLOWANCE

I received the LSV Convoy allowance £28 I think from 1999 until 2007 when the duty was removed.I reatained the allowance for three years and then my driving allowance stopped completely.As I understand it the £6 driving allowance became reserved rights when driving allowance finished for normal vans in 2oo1/2002.My question is should I have retained £6 of the allowance I was receiving as reserved rights? nobody seems to be able to give me a clear answer.

have you stayed driving small vans since 2007 or did you go on a walk ?

In 2007 I went on a walk that had a van attached to the duty.

thats a driving duty isnt it did you do packets ? id say you should be entitled to the 6 quid if you are still on a driving duty good luck though
