Moved to duty where hours overlap with SA
Our late locker duty holder is on long term sick so staff are being moved to that duty and hence being unable to do their afternoon SA. Do they have any rights in this situation to either refuse to change hours or continue to get paid for the SA which is being taken off them? Also where do leave reserves stand with SA as they could be put on any duty so they would lose their SA if they are put on a collections duty.
