WHERE DO I GO NOW.....

I can't go into too much detail as we have found out some of the gaffa's toadies are on the forum and they get looked after for grassing up us trouble causing posties who do the job properly, but broad brush...... I have uncovered something what our DOM has done to the serious detrement of all the workforce in our office. So I gathered all the evidence and took it to our unit rep, I do understand he is in a difficult position as when he causes any fuss defending the workforce the DOM cuts his privileges out and he doesn't get his special duties and time off work as and when he wants to do whatever, but I thought it right to give him the chance...... Silly me he did nothing!!!!!!. So I wrote a letter to our area rep, who also has the reputation for looking after his own cushty number, he hasn't even replied
So can I write to the division or what else can I do to try and get the injustice addressed ????????

Thanks will give it a go , so blooming frustrating, the two previous reps we had were brilliant. This one is completely in the managers pocket a total disgrace to the trade union, he comes in 45 mins early and throws his round out does the job in his car etc etc, can't see why he is doing the job other than for himself, and the bl..dy area rep is no better !!!!!!!

Just happened,a lot of talk but no one put up for it. The only way I would do the job personaly is for all in office to come in on time and only use RM transport and that was a no go in our office, so he's in again
