as previously mentioned i have an ongoing condition considered a disability under the equalities act, formerly dda. my dom is desperate to get me out on ihr or reduce my hours to part time.
he states that if my hours are reduced then i will not receive any compensation as it is on medical grounds.
can he do this, i can't afford either part-time hours or ihr so obviously a very worrying time

Does your area have a disability champion if yes get in touch as he wil be able to help you out,
It sounds like your dom is trying to bully you into this, don't accept it,
Has Atos been involved I don't have much patience for them as I think they are RM biased but I have managed to turn it around against my dom.
If you can accept it is a long fight then get your area CWU rep involved also.
My dom has been a knobhead and I have recently had an agreement to changes on my delivery and he has gone against this even while he has been off sick
I am putting in a grievence and also have rang the bully harrassment line which I am waiting for them to ring me back.
Get as much info you can

If you want it and there are alot of people who jump at IHR, then all well and good, but the facts are they are supposed to make adjustments and they know it, but they would sooner bully people into IHR.they will keep sending you to Atossers until they either get a favourable report off them or you get that pissed off you do indeed decide to take IHR.They are complete and utter tosspots.
