paternity leave over bank holidays
i am currentley on paternity leave and have been told i will not be credited the bank holiday monday back.i started my paternity dec 28th and am having 2 weeks so am due back weds 11th.ive been told i get 14 days from the weds.this seems to be a very grey matter,can anyone shed any light?

Sorry I can't advise as I dont know paternity/maternity rules that well. However, I have moved it from the Ask Admin into the Union forum so it will get more traffic and hopefully a few responses.
