Training Payment

Does anyone know if we still get a daily training payment for training new starters on a duty? and if so what is the payment rate?

the work place coach is the only one to get a payment, they should do all the training and all you should be doing is showing them round the walk and there is no payment for that unfortunately

That`s not quite true,I got paid an allowence for training someone in the addressograph.

I BELIEVE A WORK PLACE COACH GETS AN EXTRA £20 QUID A WEEK SUPERVISORY ALLOWANCE

MIGHT BE MORE NOW AS IT WAS A WHILE AGO

Also if anyone else trains someone,there is a daily allowance,which should be £6 a day,from the link...

Where there is more than one New Entrant commencing in the same week
Coaches will be required to provide a suitably experienced individual that the
New Entrant can shadow. These individuals will receive the daily non-school
training allowance for each day they are assisting with the Delivery Coaching.
