bt 2010 gives us a no compulsary redundancies deal for 3 years. so we have another year at least.

I have just been given IHR/Lump Sum,after a long battle with depression and anxiety.
However I have a local friend who has been a postie for 17 yrs,who has also heard that ATOS may be recommending IHR for him as well ...
He doesn't have access to the net,hence I am raising his points for him.
It seems he was under the impression that he may of had the option of"A redundancy package,or IHR"
For me IHR was very well received,given that my GP and ATOS were unable to establish if and when I would return to work ....
But I think ****** thought that he had the option,of one or the other ....
