This is a bit complicated but here goes...
we are in the middle of implementing a repick at our office following P+L.
I haven't been approached despite 20+ yrs seniority.
Went to see the DOM about it this morning to be told that he will not make anybody substance FT who is on a stage for attendance.
He seems confident about his grounds claiming that it is policy.
My question is does anybody have anything on this in black and white? I thought that is soley down to seniority when it comes to filling a vacancy.

You cannot be denied your position of re-pick because that is based according to the Way Forward Agreement on seniority.
There is nothing however stating that your employer should implement the increase in contracted hours of employees using that widely outlawed and discriminatory selection system.
