If your people return mail following completion of Delivery(cut offs) you must have a 121 conversation to understand why this has happened and if no acceptable reason is given the Delivery Postperson should be made to complete the walk and counselled about the performance issues.

Let me get this straight..
This guy has put on record that he encourages...in fact demands the use of enforced overtime in cases where local management don't believe that the reason is "acceptable".
Why aren't the union crawling all over him?

This email has been forwarded to the relevant parties at HQ. Let's see eh? The fact is is that we are co-ordinating and debating....divisional reps,(waste of time but who knows?), watch and learn!

When i came into work this monday morning part of a SA delivery that was meant to go out on sat was still in the frame,
before letting dom know (who i knew would turn a blind eye took pics of it, this happens quite often, this what annoys me especially when I am the stupid NCI procedure
