My unit is going through the revision process at the moment and afterwards there is going to be a re-pick.my question is, how is a re-pick decided ie.seniority or allowances .
As far as i am aware there will be no movement on allowances as they are already protected and the hours and size of vehicles are pretty much the same .

Well we used to be a mail center but are now a delivery and collections office ,so after the closure of the processing unit some moved over to collections and have there allowances protected that they got for running machines etc.POSTMAN wrote:What 'allowances' is he talking about?
