Unless your contract specifically states a daily attendance pattern then they are only changing your contract if the total hours worked over the week changes..
If this is the case then...only with your agreement.
Unless...you are on a fixed term contract in which case they can offer you a revised contract when your old one lapses..again though it would be up to you whether you agreed it or not.
