I'm DO Rep this week as regular guy off, so I'm doing his duty. LM is making me do other work rather than letting me have release to catch up on anything. Surely as (Sub) Rep I should be getting some sort of release time. Will it be worth me taking it up with DOM and whats the best way to go about it?

Read your local facility agreement, anything that is listed there you are entitled to in the absence of the actual rep.
Talk to your DOM and try and work something out, worst comes to worst, throw the agreement at him.
