REVISION TIMESCALES CUT FOR IMPLEMENTATION

our office is at the IWT. negotiation stage.
we have had CSS machines installd without any revision due to the revision part being thrown out `18 months ago

it has just been made known to me that they are looking to implement not only the IWT, but also the outdoor revision in only 10 weks instead of the 26 agreed

before i now start going down the disagreement route,

i would value some comments

The revision process is supposed to be approx. 16 weeks.
This assumes your office "systems" are up to date.
You still have to follow the 6 step process. Members will have to be released for walk log validation, Sid and Sarah etc.
How feasible is that during the xmas pressure?

They can set a target of 10 weeks if they want, but it won't happen and that's before you going to disagreement over everything under the sun.
