My delivery which is currently mon-fri 06.00-14.00 and s/a 05.30-13.30 on a saturday is being turned into a 'rotating day off' duty soon.
Where do i stand regarding 'protection of earnings'? Thanks for your help.

Don't think it applies with this or at least they will say it don't. They will never pay you for a full shift whilst giving you a day off, best bet is to just work your rotating day off and then it all stays the same for you.

to cancel SA all they have to do is give you 1 months notice according to the other topic on the matter.

I.E.
is the attendance not being cover on a regular basis for example , and also
i would be asking to see the doms business plan to justify the removal of the scedule attendance
