contracted hours!
Can you change your contracted hours when having a repick? Been told that you can go up contracted hours, but not go down. (told you have to apply separately to reduce your hours)

You can't be forced to go down hrs.
I would of thought if a FTer wanted to go down without a buy down RM would jump at the chance and bend over backwards for you.
