RULE 13 LETS HAVE IT. !?!?!?

Post by philasurus »

CAME ON EVERY ONE.

Lets pull all this togther. All the stuff I'M seeiing on here is about a asking for a rule 13. WHY. Because we are all having the same at our local location and that is, management trying to f#c# us over whilst our top table try and get some sort of sh#t agreement.

It's no good D.W and B.H. getting any kind of agreement when management will not abide by the ones that we have in place in the first place! So I say fu#k whats going on nationaly let's take matters into our hands.

So lets all do whats required and apply for a rule 13. Yuo never know this may, if we are very lucky make D.W and B.H stand up and understand that we are getting f#cked why they spend weeks talking and telling us nothing.

UNITY IS STRENGTH.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I second that. We ,all of us are the union. Time to take control. Why not set up a reserve, not rival union , to back up the Cwu should it fail. All unions started with just two men/women.

Question 1. What exactly do we want to achieve from this industrial action?

happened in the early 90s with the RMT , people felt sold down the river with the "corrupt right wing old guard" - the breakaway union didn't come to much . Problem is the old buffoons and duffers were too used to a "relatively " beneign era and couldn't raise thier game with a totally different breed . Also the RMT was overcentralized and top heavy at Unity House . Seem to have the feeling of deja vue too often. Hard Attitudes =Hard Choices unfortunately . It's Area carrying this union, RM have decentralized in one sense - raise the game , many Mgrs haven't any REAL authority as RM manage by dicktat :lfo :cfoRM wanted the CWU structure to be more "streamlined /simplified " like Amicus/CMA so "they could cut out the treacle", use the structure !-"Red "Billy's looking for a escape route. This could turn out to be the worst case scenario when the PEC gambled on a suspension of IA , RM's arrogance can also be thier weakness , just have to play things abit smarter,be more Pro-active to quote RM's propoganda .
