i have a conditon that effects my life but you can not see it have gone to atos had loads of test done so in the end royal mail accepted this so you would think that was the end of it.but i get so much hassle of the staff at my office it is making me sick because they can not see it they think that i am at it what should i do about it i am now going to take tablets that make me ill just so that i can do a duty.

or go and see the rep and explain the situation, they may know who to speak to in the office and get the B&H stopped. Sometimes a quiet word in a few ears will get it sorted.

If you don't want to do either of them, or they don't work then you will HAVE to speak to the managers - Advise them what is happening and then make a decision.

2. Ask them to brief your colleagues, not on your condition (unless you agree) but its affects. But if that does not work you'll have to go formal.

Perhaps this could be a salutatory lesson to those who take "banter" a little too far what you may see as a bit of a laugh, may be affecting the individual to such an extent they may feel the need to follow the B&H procedure - and we all know what the ultimate outcome of that may be.

most people know about it when i say you can not see it i mean that i look fit and healthy. so they think that i am lieing about it.the mangers have been fine with it and stick with what atos has said i can do.
