I left the business a few months ago and obviously had to live off the lump sum. I have not as yet found any work but I have had the news I didnt want to hear i.e yet another operation. This operation will either improve my health or bugger me up completely. Talking to old work colleagues they suggest I should fire a damages claim in the mess royal mail have left me in, has anyone heard of staff in a similar situation? In a nutshell I had a couple of operations due to A.O.D whilst employed with RM but it's the after care I feel made me worse than ever, I returned back to work way to early on light duties and forced to go to rehabworks. I did exercises at rehabworks that pushed me way past limitation and even weak muscles have been torn, even my local NHS phisio said the exercise plan then gave me was too much too soon.
