This bit I found on the site quoted amused me.

A comprehensive review of the support given to disabled employees was conducted in 2008.

The time take to deliver reasonable adjustments was taking in excess of 87 days. A number of employment tribunals were lost on the grounds of failure to provide adequate reasonable adjustments.

Disabled colleagues were not getting consistent support across the business.
