DOM Troubles

Hi, Im having issues with my dom, 1.im a fixed term contract for 6 months, on 25 hour contract, had a day off sick a i was taken into hospital firstly my dom came to my house and realized i wasn't there i was told he sat outside in his car for 45mins, next he came to the hospital i was informed by the nurse and he was turned away,!!! so this happens on the Saturday (already phoned in plenty of notice given regardless) so i come into work the next wedensday when im due back he calls me in to his office his exact words were tell me the truth or your off straight back out that door so i explained what had happened and offered him proof with my discharge notice from the hospital he declined and said that he belived me but he didnt think i was going to come back (ever) and that he had taken 1 day out of my 25 hours and also told me that whatever overtime i had to put it on this weeks rota and double it up as he said, so surely he was goin to steal!!!! my overtime and then kick me out the door laughing, so i went to speak with my rep he then approached me again and told me that i am not to speak to the rep at work!! regarding work! now i am not happy with the way this whole thing has been dealt with. is there anything i can do?

He's got time to go to your house wait 45 mins then go off to the hospital looking for you ,over staffed on the managers at your office one thinks!!!

my rep seemed very busy too be honest and now hes just gone on holiday for a week thats why i need to grab it whilst its fresh what would you reccomend? and also 4 managers for 91 rounds dont know how that works?
